Senior Associate

Tom is Senior Director of Executive Education, University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. Tom was a marketing executive for nearly 30 years at KFC, Tenneco Automotive and Office Depot, rising to Senior Vice President.

He joined Darden in 2001 after retiring from corporate life. He currently works with clients to develop executive education programs and coaches new businesses to succeed. At Darden he has taught professional development to MBA students, co-led the Progressive Incubator for new ventures and taught classes on e-business, strategic sourcing, leadership, strategy and human capital. Tom has an MBA (Case Western Reserve University) and a BS in chemical engineering (Case Institute of Technology). He has published over 30 Darden business cases and journal articles.
