The president of Creative Partnerships, Ted Settle has had a distinguished career in both the private and public sectors and brings to Civic Change, Inc., over 30 years of experience helping organizations and communities realize their full potential. As Director of Economic Development at Virginia Tech, he served as the primary entry point for business, state and local agencies, and other potential client partners to access the university's products and services. At the NCR Corporation, he directed the NCR Management College and was instrumental in connecting job requirements to training needs in management and technical education. He holds a MBA from Harvard University and a Ph.D. for the University of Michigan.
